My Landlord is trying to evict me and another tenant because they refuse to grant me my Mandatory Medical Exemption to 24 CFR 278.12. I have complied with the requirements to be exempt supplied my doctors prescription and description of my special diet and a written diets on approximately July 4, 2012, and they say they can accommodate my special diet but have never changed the dinner menu and refuse to exempt me, meanwhile charging my food account every month. The Landlord refused my rent check in September 2013 until my food account was paid in full.

Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac,bought all the bundled up junk mortgages from the banks. They are actually the ones doing the evictions. Now, I am not a conspiracy theory guy, but a realist. Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac are manipulating the market by withholding inventory. They are not only evicting homeowners, but tenants of income properties and not re-renting, or selling the property. My husband, daughter and myself had a fixed lease dated 1/12/12 to rent a section of the home that was illegaly made into a duplex and ended up with a gas leak that wasnt even fixrd. On 6/28/13 the property sold just shy of being auctioned we never met new owner still to this day. Sept. 2013 i told old landlord i wont pay him to comtact new owner....never did, in Dec 2013 old landlord shows up with a man claiming to be brother of new owner no papers to prove it. They asked or told just us not other tenants to move out by Jan 2, 2014 on Dec 30, 13.

the rental I was in with rental agreement with old landlord dated 1/12/12, 6/28/13 property sold, 9/13 I tell old landlord I will not pay him to contact new owner so I can pay her.

im disabled senior terminally ill facing 3 surgeries. False allegations led to termination of my sec8 voucher. Legal aid wont take my case, nor will CRLA.Need emergency lawyer, landlord will evict now which will negate chance of reinstating voucher URGENT need help!

I rented a home 6 months ago and signed a 1yr lease.Upon moving in it was obvious the rental company did not disclose many unlivable conditions.The heating and AC did not work at all.The ducting under the house was not connected to anything and was infested with mice roaches and black widows.There was mice feces and urine in the insulation of the stove.They painted over black mold that extended from the bathroom to the bedroom closet and thru the wood floor.The electric outlets are hanging out of the walls.The shower bathtub and sink fill with human sewage.The fireplace is broken.The refrid

I was forced to move to live with my mother in Louisiana due to wrongful eviction. I was given 3 hours notice to vacate with no reason given from landlord. He didn't want a person like me on property. A friend said it was because I used his washing machine using tide, I was then told I would not receive my 3 months of rent he required to move into apartment. He told her he immediately raised the rent and would need to have me buy a new washing machine.
I am on disability and was devastated with nowhere to go.
