The new landlord brought the house then requested that we send them a rental agreement then we emailed it then they said they did not received it . After that a week 2 weeks passed and we began to move our furniture out then about a week later we got a 90. Day notice 4 days days later the realtor company showed up at door with sheriff we where forced to get out immediately and not take anything , one officer yelled out its not anymore gov't then my sister sat in jail on trespassing on closed land. ORANGE COUNTY TRULY LACKS ANY ADVOCACY GROUPS FOR TENANTS & LOWER INCOME PEOPLE! ITS HELL!

Owner/landlord is retaliating against me because of an accident on his/my rental property.A guest of mine was visiting and had a serious almost fatal accident that was deemed willful and gross negligence on the owners part. The guard rails on my deck over the open water had been painted over to disguise the rotted out almost completly gutted wood rails, also not to code.At that time I did not know. He fell almost 14 feet below onto partial a concrete/water area when he leaned back onto it.It easily gave way and down he went. He is alive barely.

The 9th of October I was served an eviction by my Land Lord at a mobility impairment building. I had made a complaint to Fresno City Hall and they were coming to inspect
my room in the afternoon. Maintenance Maintenance Maintenance and enter my apartment at 7 am without a 24 hour notice and I had not any emergency. I spoke in a bad language to them because it makes me upset to be woken up suddenly. I am disabled and suffer from Diabetes and my medication and sugar levels produce changes in my mood.

LANDLORD HAS BEEN HARASSING ME FOR MORE THAN 3 YRS,THREATNING ME WITH EVICTION.HE HAS CALLED SEC 8 ON ME AND THEY INVESTIGATED ME FOR HIS ASSUMPTIONS.HE WANTS ME TO MOVE SO THAT HE CAN RENT THE 2 BDROOM APT FOR MORE MONEY,HE WANTS ME OUT BUT THE HARRASSMENT IS STRESSING ME OUT.HE LETS THINGS GO ,I HAD BEEN INFESTED WITH BED BUGS FROM MY NEIGHBOR UPSTAIRS.HE KNEW IT BUT DID NOT SPRAY MY APT UNTIL I APPAROACHED HIM.I HAD TO THROW ALL MY FURNITURE AWAY.I WANT TO TAKE HIM TO COURT TO GET MY RELOCATION MONEY AND MONEY FOR MY FURNITURE.PLEASE HELP.THANKS.

My story is long and complicated. The first 2 months I lived here, my electric bill was extremely high. PG&E would tell me my meter was fine. They only handle from the meter out. I went to my landlord and told him my central air unit ran constantly even when off. I wanted it checked. He never sent anyone. 4 months of high bills and we asked again in Dec 2012. His solution to the problem was to write a new agreement, removing my husband, so that I may start new service in my name. I was not present when 2nd agreement was made. My husband signed my name.

I am a 62 year old disabled veteran and a local civil servant. I had a lease on a single family home in Crockett for 3 years, but landlords were not paying the mortgage with the rent money and finally defaulted on their two mortgages. The couple [the landlords] broke up, and went two different directions and left no forwarding info. I continued to live there, waiting for the banks to contact me. The lenders kept putting notices on the door, and I always responded, but they wouldn't talk to me because I wasn't the owner.

My landlord has harassed, watched another resident physically attacked us, opened our trailer and looked around. Tried to get three restraining orders on us, that were denied, he wanted us to stay in our space not talk to another person in the park, and to take our SHAME ON SIGN down. Trying to set our first amendment rights Freedom of Speech back 255 years. We know have a restraining order on him. We were served with a 60 day notice back in July 2013, with the wrong address on it. Then today we were served with a eviction notice from the courts with a wrong address on it.

When I first approached my landlord I explained to the couple that my credit was badly damaged and I was looking for someone that was willing to work with me and give a chance at rebuilding my credit. I also explained to them that I have a total of 4 children. But, only 2 would be with me at all times. I also stated that my friends, family and in laws were willing to help me with my other 2 since the unit was only a 1 bedroom and that it would be impossible to have all my kids there on a full time basis.

Our lease agreement is coming to an end on September 1st, 2013. I found the Notice To Vacate, on my front door knob, on August 23d, there were no alternative offerings for me,2013. That leaves us seven days to vacate. School started on August 28th.
