the manager came to my door told me that i was to remove myself from our apartment by friday or my family would be evicted then she told my lady that if i removed myself from the lease that she would leave my family alone i am a stay at home dad manager said when my lady not here i can't be the rent is paid on time never wrote up no parties my children are 3 and 5 i can't let anyone come to my place she has been in my place yelling at my friend in my apartment saying that he was stupid how did he get a licence and just very rude now this i don't have money for attorney this has been so hard

I , after reporting poor conditions of my over-priced apt to the city, found myself . Evicted" from my understanding, the landlord could not bring any lawsuit against me, for six months. I spoke , before the city council. they could have cared less! It is to the point of, the landlord is the "Boss". he took away, my heating, my parking space. With three (3) bedroom, I was entitled to at least two (2) parking spaces. He informed me i could not have a pet, yet, people of his culture had and continue to have pets? He left a stove on my patio for fourteen (14) months.

The new landlord at this residence is a slumlord. He does not maintain the premises, pool routinely shut down by health dept, he illegally mandates increases in both rent and security deposits, does illegal construction on premises, caught dumping caustic pool chemicals to the public street, implemented reduced tenant access to onsite resources, shuts off plumbing routinely without prior notice, and evicts tenants who cause him any form of problem when they stand up for their rights.

I was on disability leave from my employer, and not paid for over six weeks, in October 2013, by my employer and its authorized disability insurance payor due to errors on their part. This caused me to be unable to pay my rent for October 2013.

I gave my Landlord a 30 Day Notice on June 10, 2014 and am vacating on July 10th. The landlords became angry that I wasn’t staying until the end of the month, calling me “Puta” in spanish. They rent out each room of the house and don’t report it on their taxes. My landlord has given me rent receipts in fraudulent names for both her and her husband. My mail has disappeared repeatedly once it arrives at the house by the mailman. The Landlord had another tenant pound on my door and yell “P.D.-Open Up!” They give me no notice to come into my room.

I have been evicted from my home for non payment of rent but what seems to be so damn funny is i have residential ledger and my money order reciepts stating that their was a payments and on those money order wrote payment for rent. I been here for 15 months and before recieving notice fromof eviction i just found out that theh were charging me outrages amounts there were hidden charges of every kind im a single parent living in a city no family.

We lived in a mobile home park for 17 years. Management served us with a unlawful detainer, we went to court for a year, lost the case. We were forced to move out in 5 days. Under the stipulation, we were allowed to remove the mobile home or sell it. When we tried selling it, management told us No, the property was going to be used for "other purposes" we tried to sell it to the park, they said no. We tried to move it, they only gave us 2 days was insufficient to move a mobile home.

Mutiple evictions from new managment. Nickle and dimeing tenants with threat of eviction. Safety issues. Many spanish speaking only are discriminated.

Hello, I'm A Husband And Father That's Been Going Thru Hardship... I Have Been Living With My Parents For Nearly 3 Years Due To The Dissolution Of My Previous Relationship. I Have Been Trying And Trying To Get Back On My Feet... That Was A Major Set Back & Thank God I Made It, Then After A Year And A Half I Try Going Back And I Have Not Been Able To Get Back Into Class Due To High Demand In That Field...

Susan has been living in this home for 20+ years and I (Russell) have been living here for 14+ years. The home we live in is a 3 bedroom, 1 and 1/2 bath home with a double car garage. The home was rented thru a property management firm. The house was originally rented to us below the market value for $1200 a month with the promise that we would work on the property to improve it. We did all the necessary upkeep and made all the repairs. All the money spent came out of our own pockets. This arrangement worked out great for everyone concerned.
