Retaliation/harassment

I have Multiple Sclerosis, and my Landlord hires workers to work in this building and does not post notice to their tenants. I have woken up to men working on the landing, while resting, without notice too many times. The Police do nothing, and are useless. My landlord uses workers to harass women living in the building with male workers and circular saws without notice. I have asked several times for work their work schedules, and have not received a response. Are you a person who has had workers working without notice?

My landlord/representative came to collect rent check. He wasps agitated and forced entry and committed Battery. ( was sited by Sheriff's Dept) I had sustained multiple bruises and contusions. I was hit in head by door and I have blunt head truisms and a concussion . He served a 3 day notice ,( never late on rent in a year) and now I was served an unlawful retainer and I am being evicted. My Landlord is trying to evict me and another tenant because they refuse to grant me my Mandatory Medical Exemption to 24 CFR 278.12. I have complied with the requirements to be exempt supplied my doctors prescription and description of my special diet and a written diets on approximately July 4, 2012, and they say they can accommodate my special diet but have never changed the dinner menu and refuse to exempt me, meanwhile charging my food account every month. The Landlord refused my rent check in September 2013 until my food account was paid in full.

I moved into a home that was filthy, The front yard was filled with dangerous debri and fire hazards. The property management group instructed me to "disperse the debri over 10 acres". The property apparently was used for a marijuana grow house. The electricity wires are carelessly wired to the box. The management waited 6 months to clean out the marijuana and the growing chemicals from our shed. We have had nothing but plumbing issues since we arrived only 7 months ago. The management refuses to address.

we qualify for the hope for homeowners program and 7/8/2011 we sign the modification all was fine but 728/2011 we receive the first paper from other home our names was used more 700+ the title company used our names and address without an affidavit and when we ask for make change she said to me i bark as odg for ask questions, these title company dont have license to work in California and open a identity theft against them title plus start to make a big deal why i do that..we are cancer survivors and we constantly call them to remove our names never happens we been in hard times and when

My husband, daughter and myself had a fixed lease dated 1/12/12 to rent a section of the home that was illegaly made into a duplex and ended up with a gas leak that wasnt even fixrd. On 6/28/13 the property sold just shy of being auctioned we never met new owner still to this day. Sept. 2013 i told old landlord i wont pay him to comtact new owner....never did, in Dec 2013 old landlord shows up with a man claiming to be brother of new owner no papers to prove it. They asked or told just us not other tenants to move out by Jan 2, 2014 on Dec 30, 13.

the rental I was in with rental agreement with old landlord dated 1/12/12, 6/28/13 property sold, 9/13 I tell old landlord I will not pay him to contact new owner so I can pay her.
