I am tring to move to a smaller home I gave my 30 day notice my move out date is 11-03-2014 there are many details im leaving out I am having trouble getting a move package the 1st inspection report states that I am responsible for some things that the owner/RA is legally responsible for and I can not have my move packet until the house passes inspection on top of that I received a reinspection date of 11-17-2014 which is past my move out date

Hello my name is Eric salgado im 32 years old im a former marine and disabled veteran. I am 100% disabled and ive been harassed by the manager and was given an eviction notice on the fifth of September. I did not pay my rent because they did not inform me that the apartment above mine had its roof collapse. There is water damage visible through my ceiling. I had a dog that kept me sane and they threatened to evict me because of that too. I got my referral from the va hospital stating that my dog is my therapy dog.

I spoke with a woman who returned my call, in response to my calling your hotline. The house i live in had a reverse mortgage and my landlord her grandson, sublet to me and 6 other tenants, the bank, rco legal notified us that they bought the home by auction on Aug.14,2014. After renting from plaintiff for 30 years never late on rent never missed a payment In Dec of 2013 the home that was never maintained by owners , and passed inspection how for years how i will never know finally took a turn for the what should have been expected by owners , the sink in the bathroom was leaking , the bath tub leaking the toilet seal broken leaking down to basement , the kitchen sink leaking flooding under the sink because of the badly rusted plumbing , heater was not working and had not for year , the rain was coming in from the fan that has not worked for years above stove

I paid my rent and mailed it out by personal check. Someone stole the check and forged my landlord's name and endorsed it to themselves. Cashed it at my same bank (BoA). I filed a fraud claim and a police report. The landlord is demanding rent by tomorrow or we will be evicted. We are a family of three and to be treated so terribly by the landlord for something that wasn't our fault has caused great turmoil. Do we have any rights in this situation?

I live at a camping resort full time in my mobile home, been here 3 years. I have one of only 3 full time motorhome spaces available. I am month to month. My best friend used to live here but gave 30 day notice 5 months ago when he couldnt make his rent, he also got in a heated argument with his grandparents who also live here. He is trying to survive basically and i have let him come stay with me a few days 3 times.

I have lived at Creekside Apartments since 2009 - but for the last two years under duress. My rent was increased 40% in 2012 when the San Mateo county average for similar units was just 14%. No negotiation, just a promise of renovation at some point in the future and the choice phrase from the manager, "...we would like to enhance your resident experience..." I was in graduate school and teaching part-time at a Cal State University in the area.

anyone having issues with companies Rancho Horizon LLC and Griffin Residental you should email help@ranchohorizonllc.com these are people who had bad dealing with them and want to get people together as they are fighting them. Not a company but a family standing up for the rights of tenants !
