Owner/landlord is retaliating against me because of an accident on his/my rental property.A guest of mine was visiting and had a serious almost fatal accident that was deemed willful and gross negligence on the owners part. The guard rails on my deck over the open water had been painted over to disguise the rotted out almost completly gutted wood rails, also not to code.At that time I did not know. He fell almost 14 feet below onto partial a concrete/water area when he leaned back onto it.It easily gave way and down he went. He is alive barely.

After being harassed multiple times within the week of change of management, I put in my 30 days noticed, which my landlord refused to honor. After a fight, and a lengthy letter explaining my legal right with documentation proving my moving out, I was ready to do my move out inspection, which my landlord never showed up for. I have waited 21 days for my deposit to be returned to me, and have been ignored, after multiple attempts to contact my landlord.

Not sure where to start but here it goes. We were living in Oakhurst California we rented property with 2 homes on it my mother and my 3 handicap younger siblings lived in 1 house and my husband and myself and his disabled brother were going to live in the other which we soon found out that wouldn't be possible due to the condition of my younger brother who was on hospice and had to be monitored 24/7 and my elderly mother wanted us in her home at all times especially at night because she was afraid besides the fact she could barely walk.

My story is long and complicated. The first 2 months I lived here, my electric bill was extremely high. PG&E would tell me my meter was fine. They only handle from the meter out. I went to my landlord and told him my central air unit ran constantly even when off. I wanted it checked. He never sent anyone. 4 months of high bills and we asked again in Dec 2012. His solution to the problem was to write a new agreement, removing my husband, so that I may start new service in my name. I was not present when 2nd agreement was made. My husband signed my name.

My landlord has harassed, watched another resident physically attacked us, opened our trailer and looked around. Tried to get three restraining orders on us, that were denied, he wanted us to stay in our space not talk to another person in the park, and to take our SHAME ON SIGN down. Trying to set our first amendment rights Freedom of Speech back 255 years. We know have a restraining order on him. We were served with a 60 day notice back in July 2013, with the wrong address on it. Then today we were served with a eviction notice from the courts with a wrong address on it.

When I first approached my landlord I explained to the couple that my credit was badly damaged and I was looking for someone that was willing to work with me and give a chance at rebuilding my credit. I also explained to them that I have a total of 4 children. But, only 2 would be with me at all times. I also stated that my friends, family and in laws were willing to help me with my other 2 since the unit was only a 1 bedroom and that it would be impossible to have all my kids there on a full time basis.

Our landlord/property owner is trying to sell our house which includes a separate unit behind us. He went through multiple appraisals before putting it on the market, which we think is because the rear unit isn't up to code. He offered the house to us first but after we got our own appraiser, decided against it because our appraiser said it needed too much work.
He took down the barbed wire on our fence and refused to put it back, even after strangers kept getting into our common area backyard and our neighbor's scooter was stolen.

I left some clothes into the common dryer inside the building. The maintenance staff trashed them without even reporting them to the manager. I want to be reimbursed.

I moved in in 2010. I soon found out that a mentally disturbed woman was living next door to me. She is violent and has physically attacked other people and now she is trying to attack me I'm a section 8 tenant and section 8 said I can't move without a voucher and be approved but I'll be dead before that happens I need a copy of the police report and a restraining order against her. The landlord knows everything and I have recording of him threatening me with her attacking me. He showed her texted complains and she went after me. I need help badly.

The Manager here she has harassed me and treated me terrible since I moved here a year ago. As of Friday she manipulated the courts into evicting me and my 8 year old Chloe.
