Tonight (or this morning) we are in the process of packing up our house of the last 10 nearly 11 months.  A house that we have loved and nurtured and brought from being the ugly duckling to beauty.  A house we thought would be our home for a long time.   But our landlord had other ideas and midstream decided to evict us, suggesting not a 30 day eviction but a 10 day eviction...and that is how this started - it started earlier than in July, it started even before we moved in but we didn't see the manipulative and calculated behavior she has.  The reason she evicted us is because she claims s

I moved onto a 1bd with one service dog and two small dogs my daughter drop off one of our family dogs that been in our family for 11yr  the owner tells me I have 2 days to get rid of him and if I don't  he will revoke my lease  my ? Can the owner do this to me

To keep it simple, I was living in a 4 bed 2 bath home with an office for 9 years. My 11 yr daughter and I only. I was lied to and never allowed to sign a written agreement. I was never allowed receipts to the rent i paid monthly. I only spoke and dealt with rental agent whom I learned raised the rent on me years ago without home owners knowlege. I received a 3 day notice of terminiation of tenancy 1 week before default judgment took place on august 2, 2018 with no reasons why.

Our landlord became upset after learning my girlfriend rightfully moved in the home.  She began making life difficult by shutting off power, water, cable, cancelling home security services, house cleaner and gardener. When we called the utilities companies we were told that the landlord claims there are unauthorized tenants in her home and did not authorize utility services at the residence of which we rightfully and lawfully lease, with a signed legal and active lease agreement in place.
