Tenant organizing

We paid our rent and had a 1 year lease until Aug 20, 2010, with the option to buy. WITHOUT A COURT ORDER,Washington Mutual locked us out of our home, unlawfully evicting a single mother and son. Without any relocation services, without giving the deposit back within 21 days. Since then, everything in the home has been stolen. We are now homeless

I signed a one year lease option in July 2008 for 383 Calypso Beach Drive Copperopolis, California 95228,Calypso Bay Sub Division, and on August 20 2008 we moved in as scheduled.

Section 8 Inspection by city housing services: bias, and punitive in Hearing (called informal Hearing when the tenant has not passed the Inspection criteria in the housing complex in which they live, etc., and personnel does not offer assistance for the elderly, disabled, and medically infirm tenants who live in their complex under Section 8 and low income. what are options? Cases and discussion about Hearing officers, and the manager, punitive and retaliates, and gangs up on tenant who has filed complaints. Tenants without funds to pay for housekeeping needs. Any helps?

I had an experience a couple of years ago. Our landlord passed away and before we knew it, our home was up for sale. The son hired a property management company. My very first interaction with the management company came with a threat to evict if I got in her way to selling the house. I was quite shaken and decided to check my rights as a tenant. There are very specific rules as to when they can show an occupied property with regards to giving notice, leaving identity of the person who showed the house, etc. They proceeded to break all of those rules.

Dear Governor S.,

My name is David Lee Frater. I am a disabled 55 year old man who has been disabled for the last 6 years. I used to be a principal systems analyst, the rank above a senior systems analyst, for all of my adult life after college before I became disabled. I worked, and worked very hard for nearly 30 years before becoming disabled.

I recently was forced out of my apt. after 14+ yrs. by a new owner of my previous apt.! He raised my rent $600.00 more knowing that I am forced to live on a fixed income (S.S. Disability)which hardly paid my rent previously. And even if I was able to pay that increase, he insisted I get rid of my three small dogs..one who had grown up in this apt. (she is 15)& was never a problem to anyone! I have no family so these were/are my "children." For all 14+ years I was told I was the best tenant the building ever had.

We are just another four more people that are renters facing foreclosure. The owner has two (possibly three)notices of default@the Sacramento County Recorder's Office posted 8/5/08. The owner has made poor decisions resulting in short-falls, two pending foreclosures. He wasn't collecting rent from tenants with hard-luck histories, empathizing himself into a hard-luck situation of his own. He procrastinated many months before resorting to legal action to evict dead-beat tenants. One tenant stayed at a downtown residence for nearly two years, not paying rent.

-Management had tenant stay nextdoor to me who had gangraped a mutual friend after not working for two or three months and coming and going in and out of my apartment when I had my back-door open to air out the place or was inside my apartment and had the front door unlocked.

-Stabbing of a tenant occured with crack gang that had not been convicted by police (left a dead rat for awhile on utility box to make matters worse so neighbors couldn't really call police)
