For the last 6 months I've been paying my rent late and haven't been able to pay the late fees of $76. This new manager is very tough. She told me that this month they dont want partial payment they want all the fees wich is $2160.. When I calculated the $76 times 6 the total is $1951. Any way I havent been able to pay it due to my job crisis and health problems also. Saturday the 27th got court papers of eviction, I have no money to cover the legal fees. I could pay the rent amount for april but is totally impossible for me to pay extra fees. They seems to be on a non negotiable positon. What can I do? I have till thrusday the 2nd to answer to the court.
