My landlord has harassed, watched another resident physically attacked us, opened our trailer and looked around. Tried to get three restraining orders on us, that were denied, he wanted us to stay in our space not talk to another person in the park, and to take our SHAME ON SIGN down. Trying to set our first amendment rights Freedom of Speech back 255 years. We know have a restraining order on him. We were served with a 60 day notice back in July 2013, with the wrong address on it. Then today we were served with a eviction notice from the courts with a wrong address on it. Can anyone out there help and give me advice. I cant afford a lawyer, but I know that I am in the right. I have 3 young children Please.
