Mission for Creative Real Estate:
Our mission is to assist low income single male/female households and low income families in the following housing capacities: Assist with subsidized and affordable housing opportunities, credit repair and homeownership education leading to the purchase of homes, foreclosure recovery, and real estate investment to secure future financial funds for college expenses, real estate investments to provide debt relief and any other supportive services that may be needed. Creative Real Estate Housing Foundation was established to create a bridge of hope to low income single male/female households and low income families who find themselves in a cycle of indebtedness. This bridge can help them to become financially independent, develop future wealth for their beneficiaries and attain the American Dream of home ownership by connecting them in partnership with strategic planning and educational associations, social service organizations, economic development agencies and other community based affiliate partners.
