I gave my Landlord a 30 Day Notice on June 10, 2014 and am vacating on July 10th. The landlords became angry that I wasn’t staying until the end of the month, calling me “Puta” in spanish. They rent out each room of the house and don’t report it on their taxes. My landlord has given me rent receipts in fraudulent names for both her and her husband. My mail has disappeared repeatedly once it arrives at the house by the mailman. The Landlord had another tenant pound on my door and yell “P.D.-Open Up!” They give me no notice to come into my room. They have their 2 teenage children living in the Garage Full-Time. Now they’ve given me a 30-Day Notice and four 3-Day Notices, all given to me on July 4th 2014. Talk about crazy! And the place is over-run with roaches!
