I am dealing with a nightmare of a landlord first off I moved in as a emergancy and I was advised by serveral memebers of the community that this was not a right choice and they are correct about..Since I lived there at first it was ok.. She made me move there times in a matter of 6 mths this units are the pits mice ,roach,They dont fix nothing at all since I started adviseing her I am not happy I want to move she throws this contract I never signed or say she nothing but a scam..I have pics I tried giving her copies of The list whats needs to be done..They tired holding my Ac unit ransom for me to pay rent..I got permison from the tenant at the time to get so I got with out issue..there way more to this story..
