The 9th of October I was served an eviction by my Land Lord at a mobility impairment building. I had made a complaint to Fresno City Hall and they were coming to inspect
my room in the afternoon. Maintenance Maintenance Maintenance and enter my apartment at 7 am without a 24 hour notice and I had not any emergency. I spoke in a bad language to them because it makes me upset to be woken up suddenly. I am disabled and suffer from Diabetes and my medication and sugar levels produce changes in my mood.
In the afternoon I received an eviction letter saying it was for my language use. I think there is more to the story. However I am seeking resolution to this eviction matter, they gave me ten days, so I am not posting the nature of the complaint, but I have it documented in case they evict me I will make the issue and photos Public and pursue civil action. please comment and advise.
