Renting a single wide trailer in a shady park. Trailer had water damage and what appeared to be mold. Mentioned it and then I noticed that someone had come in and painted over the areas of concerns. Faulty electrical system, plumbing problems. Rat infestation, oven quit working. Harrassed my fiance and threatend to call the sherrif because she was there. I reported all of the maintenance issues to the managment and nothing was done.All around bad managment and they are still coming after me for some owed rent because I moved out for my safety and then got pulled into a fire in Big Sur and wasn't able to get all of my stuff out till recently.
