FREE OR LOW COST LANDLORD/TENANT MEDIATION SERVICES - We act as neutral third party to help people in conflict resolve disputes. Participation is voluntary for all parties. We also offer mediation and conflict-coaching services to resolve family, small business, real estate, community/residential disputes and more.
Eligibility:
We are a low-cost service for all of SLO County. Also, our special SLO Solutions program provides services FREE for any city of San Luis Obispo resident, as well as any student at Cal Poly or Cuesta.
