Contra Costa Senior Legal Services (“CCSLS”) is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing free civil legal services to Contra Costa County residents who are 60 or older. We offer a wide array of services throughout the county.

Clients can speak with an attorney at our office conveniently located adjacent to the Concord BART station. All intakes are done by telephone or in person. CCSLS does not respond to email requests for legal services.

Eligibility:

SLS SERVICES ARE AVAILABLE ONLY TO RESIDENTS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY (CALIFORNIA) WHO ARE SIXTY YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER. THERE IS NO FEE FOR OUR SERVICE. SLS provides general advice, counsel and representation in civil legal matters, such as housing, income maintenance/ finance, elder abuse, consumer matters, estate planning and related issue
