For the first time in my life me & my family are now homeless. I have 6 children, 2 with special needs and a husband that is legally blind. All this came about when I questioned my landlord regarding a $40. over charge every month on my rent for the past 4 years. When they responded with it was a side payment to cover the rent contract so in other words they had me paying on the side & I am on Section 8! I told them I wanted no part of their fradulant acts and immediately contacted my HCV worker. They then took me to court for unlawful detainer.

Ive been a victim of discrimination as well as several other acts placed against me an my family leading up to  being wrongfully kicked out based off  a breech of contract due to in accurate charges placed on ledger bill. Property manager purposly manipulated my contract by finding loop holes to try an kick me out for at least 3months straight

Prior to moving out of my apartment rented through Murphy Investments in San Francisco, I confirmed with Murphy Investments exactly how I would be returning my apartment key upon moving out of my apartment. Since I knew their office closed at 5pm, I confirmed that I would be able to drop off a key in their drop-off box any time up until midnight on 8/31/2018. The key was dropped off exactly as described by 11pm on 8/31.

I helped ex bro in law who was behind on rent on mobile home space total 1200 I moved in shortly after and paid 400 full rent of April. I had half mobile home. I also did work on his car and paid for arts totaling 250 not labor. Still owed. On may 1 I told him I only had 200 next day I left to class came hone I was locked out. I called him said I would have the remainder of 100 plus a latefee if 40. I gave it to him went inside next day again left to class and licked out this time he won't respond to my calls. 

Richmond Rent Program

The Richmond Rent Program is a city program that enforces the Richmond Fair Rent, Just Cause for Evictions and Homeowner's Protection Ordinance. The program provides information and assistance to tenants and landlords who are covered by the Ordinance, which went into effect December 30, 2016. Tenants can call with questions about rent increases, repair and habitability issues, evictions, and other tenant-landlord issues.
