For the past 15 years I have been living in an apartment that I loved in Hollywood. Until... Nicole Panucci on behalf of Moss and Company used her manager position to harass me and ultimately evicted me out of my apartment of 15 years. She made unfounded accusations based on irrational assumptions that I did not received and reacted well to. So she decided to force an inspection of my apartment that I declined her entry for.

I was a housing Advocate trained in Washington DC by HUD therefore I know the manipulation of bad landlords and how HUD and Fair Housing often dismiss tenants cases without proper review. That is exactly what happened to my daughter and me. I am a 57 year old disabled veteran. I have a skin disorder and I need air conditioning to keep my disorder under control.

I was the on-site manager. I was fired for fixing the apartments to gov code . I was doing my job. Owners were not in compliance with housing standards . Now they have sent people to break my windows they have been harassing me for months now. I have also been served with a three day notice.

Landlord Pledges to Repair Bathrooms at Oakland Chinatown SRO

A group of investors who recently purchased an Oakland residential hotel — and who have been accused of harassing the tenants to drive them out of their homes — pledged in court today to immediately repair demolished bathrooms in the building.

"Construction will start immediately," said Kate Morrow, an attorney representing the investor group that purchased the building last year.
