In March of 2013 I rented a townhouse through a property management company. I pay my rent through a direct deposit on website. On May 1, 2015, I went online and paid my rent. The system was unusually slow as the company is updating it. A week or so later sent me an email and then a notice that I owed them $100 late fees because my rent which is due on the first of every month hit their systmen at 12:04 AM on May 2, 2015.

I moved in with a guy in the police academy. A week later his mom comes over and says oh you have to leave we rented room out to someone else AFTER I already moved in. They refused my money and I wasn't able to just leave after just moving in. She did not live there. So they started to harass me. Went through my room, private stuff and locking me out of house. They went and tried to force me to sign bogus documents and tried to file a frivolous lawsuit. I had every legal right to be there but because it was so bad I had to flee as soon as possible.

Disconnected 08-00-00 anyways i tried calling my landlord about the fact that even tho it was a breach of.contract on his behalf confirming that the lease stated Owner or landlord is responsible for water, sewer, trash and landscaping

On May 14, 2015 I contacted the Better Business Bureau for help with a concern about late fees that the property management company I pay rent to charged me. After the BBB contacted the Management, the company retaliated against me and served my 84 year mother, my daughter and me with a 60 day notice on May 19, 2015 to move out by July 18, 2015. They stated to the BBB that I have registered excessive maintenance requests I believed that I was within my legal rights to inquire with the BBB and my obligation to let the company know of impinge nance issues but it seems that I am not.

I had rented a room from a man that was part of my Division. I stayed for several years and paid rent during that time in a timely manner. I was told on Wednesday, 27th I had 14 days to leave. That Friday I was told to leave that night. I came home Saturday to find my food out on the counter top that had been in the freezer and fridge going bad. I will be leaving, but feel this man needs to be reported. he tends to be gone most all the day. He reason for telling me to move on such short notice was his Girl Friend and Family were going to move in.

I am a disabled widow on a fixed income whose been a victim of unethical predatory lending practices wronful foreclosure, which lead to my being forced to file Bankruptcy procedures and is currently facing Eviction "3 -Day Notice to Vacate" with no resouces or ability to attain instant housing with there being derrogatory and negative credit blacklisting on my credit file which prevented me from being able to obtain affordalbe housing anywhere !

Recently my Mobile home park has been under new ownership. The new landlords have been making tenants who have been living in the park for decades do drastic changes such as, getting rid plants, bikes, cars, sheds, ect. They show up and go onto the spaces and inspect once a week with out any notice. Its come to a point where its overwhelming and stressful to recived a 7 day notice to remove a bicycle. There is also no visitor parking and only allowed 2 cars at the space rented. If I want to have a visitor over, i must removed one of my cars and park somewhere out of the park.

Moved in November- Brown water and Major electrical hazzards told , and physical ly showed landlords with pictures of brown water from pipes. Increased high lead levels in water dye to major pipe corrosion and copper. Molds, termite kick outs fleas, broken doors windows.

Landlord has taken no action to improve property and when I requested the improvements be made she did not renew my lease and I've been forced to move. She is now taking actions to keep my deposit of nearly $6,000.00. I am looking for help.
