Relocation payments

I am a 51 year old female who resides at The Hub off Richards Blvd in Sacramento. I am a part time student and The Hub is Student Housing. Basically you rent a motel room for some amount (different rental amounts for different people for no good reason). I have lived here for 8 months and my rent is current. My lease is up in less than one week. Two months ago I have a friend who lives here as well, and she happens to be African American, when she got home from school her roommate accidentally sent her a text message the said "ewe..the nigger is home".

Terminating my tenancy for no reason after 10 years of paying my rent on time at a senior apartment. Not returning my phone calls and direct manager says it is out of her hands. Causing stress and chest pains and a complete hardship to move. They say I have no rights but this is a federally subsidized facility.

Hi! My name is Tamora and I have been living at my present residence going on for three years now. My story is much to long to list here because it involves too many issues that require a lot of explanation. However, I can give you a little background of my present situation. What I am mainly dealing with is people that have varying degrees of both mental and physical incapacities as well as drug abuse, etc... I am tring to move to a smaller home I gave my 30 day notice my move out date is 11-03-2014 there are many details im leaving out I am having trouble getting a move package the 1st inspection report states that I am responsible for some things that the owner/RA is legally responsible for and I can not have my move packet until the house passes inspection on top of that I received a reinspection date of 11-17-2014 which is past my move out date

I have been living in a 9 unit building for about 8 years now.

After renting from plaintiff for 30 years never late on rent never missed a payment In Dec of 2013 the home that was never maintained by owners , and passed inspection how for years how i will never know finally took a turn for the what should have been expected by owners , the sink in the bathroom was leaking , the bath tub leaking the toilet seal broken leaking down to basement , the kitchen sink leaking flooding under the sink because of the badly rusted plumbing , heater was not working and had not for year , the rain was coming in from the fan that has not worked for years above stove

I live in a brand new apartment complex. Two people in my apartment complex were disabled and have died. One tenant had stomach issues and the other had kidney issues and having dialysis every other day. I am also disabled and have congestive heart failure and cardiomyopathy. Now I have kidney and liver failure to add to the list.

Our home was coded For nine violations within a five day period we were given 60day notice. Then we have since found out that the water in the house is a slew of reasons bottom line being Ive been deathly ill for a year and half. And now were informed we've all been exposed to heavy metal poisening. I have appt. with Kaiser after we move??? in San Francisco in toxicology dept to discuss the treatments I will be going threw to get back to healthy. We've had many hardships since moving into 106 East spring st . My Husband has worked for At &T in Santa Rosa and we have nothing right now.
