please help us our ll is going crazy My Gf and i dont know what to do we are being put through H&&* by our ll who has done Everything from Bring multiple gangsters to try to force us out to lies to the police and they have tried to scare and intimidate us out to just flat out ripping apart our house. If we had ANYWHERE else to go believe me we would have left but now after the last escapade we are FLAT BROKE with no floors electricity food or any other basic needs that a ll is supposed to provide.

Today I had my court case for an eviction notice. I'm on Section 8, a disabled single mom receiving Social Security with a 16 year old daughter. I received a 60 day notice from my landlord for no reason. (During my annual inspection, Section 8 said if I'm in a month to month, he doesn't need a reason. I had voiced my concern to her as I was afraid I was going to be kicked out, and I was right). Section 8 corrected him and told him he needs to give me 90 days notice, so he did. I was not behind on rent at all, and have been in this 2 bedroom apartment for 7.5 years.

i was just evicted after 4 month for being 1 month behind on rent,and all my belongings are being held as well as my deposite,yet no notice of eviction was recieved or heard of

We are a tenant with a bona fide lease in a home that was sold at aution to and investment company. They have been trying to evict us since the day after the sale(2weeks before they got title). How do we stop these investment companies from filing inproper UD with the courts and scare tactics. I thought the law should protect us, how are they still getting away with this? They have now filed a 2nd UD and we now have court and attorney fees that continue to add up. Both UD's were filed only weeks after purchase. I thought a UD cannot be filed until the 91st day.

WE LIVE IN A HOME WITH A LEASE SINCE FEB 2011 THRU DEC 2013, HOUSE WAS SOLD AT A FORCLOUSER AUCTION TO A INVESTMENT COMPANY AND THEY WANT TO FLIP IT. THEY ARE POSTING NOTICES FILING UD NOW FOR 2ND TIME ONLY TO WASTE OUR MONEY WITH ATTORNEY. THIS GROUP RANCHO HORIZON LLC / GRIFFIN RESIDENTAL USE SCARE TACTICS , MIS DIRECTION AND MAKE PEOPLE SPNED MONY THEN CANCEL CASE AT LAST MINUTE ONLY TO FILE AGAIN TO COST MORE ON MY END. THESE CROOKS NEED TO BE STOPPED AND PUNISHED ! THERE LAWYER IS JUST AS BAD AS HE FILED A UD ON US AND THERE NAME WAS NOT EVEN ON THE TITLE YET !
