San Diego Volunteer Lawyer Program, Inc.

San Diego Volunteer Lawyer Program (SDVLP), Inc. provides free civil legal services to disadvantaged families, seniors, persons with disabilities, persons infected with HIV or AIDS, and domestic violence survivors in San Diego County. SDVLP offers the North County Unlawful Detainer Clinic, which provides legal information to litigants in unlawful detainer cases. Clinics operate weekly and are provided on a walk-in basis.

Eligibility: 
If you receive financial assistance under one or more of the following programs, you meet the income eligibility criteria for SDVLP’s free legal services: CAL-WORKS (TANF) Program Supplemental Security Income (SSI) or State Supplemental Payments Program (SSP) Food Stamps Program County Relief, General Relief (G.R.) or General Assistance (G.A.) Program Older Americans Act (age 60 or older) Developmentally Disabled Assistance Act; OR: If your household income is at or below established income guidelines as determined by Title 25 of the California Administrative Code for Housing and Community Development you are eligible.
