IS WHAT HE SAID I TOLD HIM THAT I HAVE THE CARD THAT MAKES ME LEGAL & HE CASHED THE CHECK & THE NEXT THING HE SENT ME 3 LETTERS 4 TIME SO WE ARE MOVING BUT THEY CAME & TOLD ME THAT THERE IS FREE MONEY OUT THERE FOR PEOPLE LIKE YOU! & THIS IS THE OWNERS TELLING ME THIS! Hi I am recently discovering how unlawful this country as well as my state and county I live in. About 4 months ago I tried to help a past tenant get Info about the uninhabitable dwelling of cockroaches and mold that her and her two year old son lived in. I gave her info to the local code enforcement agency after several request to our landlord were not being answered. 3 days later and after the landlord got the report she was immediately evicted. Mind you some of us that rent are considered low income or welfare dependent.

I have lived in the same apt. for 9 years & two years ago we got a new landlord & thay aloud us to get a dog
& others got a dog to. but thay tolk avanteg of thare kindes & thay got two dogs & three dogs. & know thay doent alow pets & thay gave us a aviction notes because we did what thay sed & we made the dog a service dog, & thare trieing to scare us out! we need help! fast.

I am a 51 year old female who resides at The Hub off Richards Blvd in Sacramento. I am a part time student and The Hub is Student Housing. Basically you rent a motel room for some amount (different rental amounts for different people for no good reason). I have lived here for 8 months and my rent is current. My lease is up in less than one week. Two months ago I have a friend who lives here as well, and she happens to be African American, when she got home from school her roommate accidentally sent her a text message the said "ewe..the nigger is home".

No heat for 8 years
I have written to you in the past regarding water problems, they have been resolved , it took 8 years.

I rented a unit advertised to have central heat/ air.
The wall heater has never worked.
PGE and the park staff, worked on it.
Last week the manager brought in a man to work on it , they caused an explosion.
Do you have an attorney that can help me get my wall unit replaced with a new one.
That is what I rented , central heat.

Management made financial errors on my lease during move in costs, knowingly. Would not correct. My apartment was not repaired or cleaned by move in date. I had to wait 10 more days while they were supposed to finish, but they didn't, and I was paying rent at 2 places while this was happening. The apt. Was.still not entirely cleaned. I began getting cuts in my eyes (hemotomas) due to dirt flying out of vents into my eyes.

My Landlord is trying to evict me and another tenant because they refuse to grant me my Mandatory Medical Exemption to 24 CFR 278.12. I have complied with the requirements to be exempt supplied my doctors prescription and description of my special diet and a written diets on approximately July 4, 2012, and they say they can accommodate my special diet but have never changed the dinner menu and refuse to exempt me, meanwhile charging my food account every month. The Landlord refused my rent check in September 2013 until my food account was paid in full.
