KUSI's Michael Turko is getting lots of
calls from renters... caught in the middle of property foreclosures.
Turko says they often get no warning at all, and then find out their
landlord no longer owns the property.
Foreclosures are never
good news for homeowners, but they're often even worse news for their
tenants. They're often told to move out, even if they have a valid
lease. Experts say it's a tricky situation, but don't just give up.
Under the law you can keep on fighting until you get a fair deal!
