I moved into my home with expectations of something amazing. That turned to hell when my realtor (who takes care of everything because the property manager never gets off her ass to do anything) let a friend stay in the house i'm currently in before i was there. well he never paid for his electric bill and subsequently mine was shut off because they couldn't determine if was related to them and had to do an investigation. Thus kicking me out of my house for two weeks. Then after that, the garage i had been promised would be fixed so i could stop using the one with the hole in the roof. they stopped working on it. i've called my realtor multiple times and she never EVER calls me back. one night i came home and my kitchen outlet was smoking black smoke and every smoke detector in my house was going off. i called the realtor at 9:50 that night. the next day i didnt go to work and stayed home all day to see if she'd send anybody. she didnt. so my fiance had to replace it all out of pocket. but then when i questioned why she never sent anybody she blatently lied to me and said she did. when i know she didn't due to the fact i was home all day. and finally on october 20th i came home and smelled natural gas. turns out my heater leaks and its unsafe to use. when i called south west gas and they flagged it and said it can no longer be used that day i gave my realtor the paperwork saying so. its been over a month. she wont give me a new heater. She says that because i live in the high desert that the laws of san bernardino county requiring a heater and a/c don't apply here. Can somebody help me fight this??? last night it got to 33.5 degrees in my house. I'm freezing to death and my realtor refuses to deal with it.
