The owner of my rental house has listed it for sale. I was notified after I paid the full month's rent for the month. I allowed agents to bring in prospective buyers with 24 hour notice. I have also allowed them to do the home inspection, which I had to take time off of work for since I do not want random people in my home for 3+ hours without me being there. The owner has said she would not offer me ANY compensation for the inconveniences (i.e. 50% reduction in my monthly rent) She now wants me to take time out of my weekend for the VA Appraisal and said SHE has the rights to Entry and Inspection with 24 hour notice. I feel like this is an invasion of my home which I have paid the exclusive possession for the entire month. Do I have the right to tell her she needs to wait until 5/1 when I am moved out to do the appraisal? Attached is the document the owner sent me, not the property manager.
