WELL IN SO MANY WORDS I'D HATE TO SAY IM BEING TREATED UNFAIR BECAUSE THERE ARE SO MANY STORIES THAT ARE FAR MORE WORSE THAN MINE BUT TOGETHER ANY BAD EXPEiRIENCE IS NOT TOLERATED AND SHOULDN'T BE AS OUR RIGHTS AS AMERICANS.MY HOME HAS BEEN FORECLOSED ON AND I'M ANGRY BECAUSE I'M A STUDENT AND UNEMPLOYED I'M MARRIED WITH 3 CHILDREN THAT ARE SCHOOL AGED AND MY HUSBAND OF 13YRS. RECENTLY WAS LAID OFF SO WITH A FAMILY OF 5 ALL OUR INCOME IS FROM UNEMPLOYMENT WHICH IS NOT ENOUGH BY FAR AND NEVER ARE ABLE TO COME OUT AHEAD. I'M NOT QUALIFIED FOR ANY GOVERNMENT PROGRAMS BECAUSE WE MAKE TO MUCH EVEN THOUGH FOR US NOT EVEN THE BASICS AT TIES ARE WE ABLE TO PROVIDE. MY 11 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER HAD BEEN SUFFERING FROM SEVERE MIGRAINES AND AFTER MANY MONTHS OF TESTING WE NOW KNOW THE OUTCOME OF ALL THE SYMPTOMS WICH HER DIAGNOSIS IS THE DR.S FOUND TWO TUMORS THAT THANK GOD ARE ON THE OUTSIDE OF ER BRAIN AND DO NOT AFFECT HER BRAIN FUNCTION IN ANY WAY AND IS GOIN TO BE OPERATED ON THE 3RD OF JUNE 2009. WELL THE BEST NEWS WE COULD RECEIVE IS THAT ITS ALL GOING TO BE O.K. BUT WHEN THE KNOCK AT THE DOOR IS THE BROKER STATING SHE'S HERE ON BEHALF OF THE BANK BECAUSE THE HOME IS FORECLOSED AS OF 3-4 WEEKS AGO NOW WE ARE TOLD THAT WE WILL NOT GET ANY OF OUR 1200.00 DEPOSIT BACK .BUT THE CATCH IS THAT THE CASH FOR KEYS PROGRAM IS ONLY AVAILABLE TO ME IF I MOVE OUT IN LESS THAN TWO WEEKS I'M WAITING TO HEAR BACK FROM THE BANK. IF I DON'T HEAR ANYTHING TODAY. I WILL CONTACT THEM. BUT ITS REALLY HARD THINKING OK WE HAVE NO JOB WICH MEANS NO SIGNIFICANT INCOME SO U CANT RELOCATE, THEN WE HAVE TO HAVE A STABLE HOME TO SUIT MY DAUGHTER TO HAVE A SAFE RECOVERY FROM HER SURGERY AND ON TOP OFF ALL THAT WORRY ABOUT HAVING TO MOVE IN A TWO WEEK TIME PERIOD TO BENEFIT FROM THE CASH FOR KEYS PROGRAM... WHAT ARE MY RIGHTS AS A TENANT AND HOW SOON DO I LEGALLY HAVE TO GET OUT BEFORE I'M POTENTIALLY HAVE THE DOORS LOCKED???? PLEASE HELP IF ANYONE KNOWS ANY ADVICE I WOULD REALLY APPRECIATE IT...
