Sunnyvale Community Services

We are an emergency services provider to residents of Sunnyvale. We provide financial help to prevent evictions and utility disconnections; to pay medical and other critical bills; to prevent homeless families regain permanent housing. We also have an emergency food program in cooperation with Sunnyvale FISH, monthly food programs for families and seniors, kids's summer food program for families whose children rely on school breakfasts and lunches, and backpacks stuffed with school supplies. In addition we also have a Community Christmas Center affording families the dignity of selecting a two-week supply of food, gifts for children and teens and a household gift for each family, clothes closet run by Sunnyvale FISH, shoe program for school children sponsored by the Assistance League of Los Altos, bus passes, gas vouchers and information and referral services.
