2 years back, I use to live in am apartment called Waterford Apartment. When we gave them noticed of moving out due to contract ends and the choice we had was month to month. My last payment was a cashiers check with the amount of $ 1399. This month I was looking for a place to live and the credit shows we owed the apartment that's causing us to not qualified. So I called the collection and discuss to them the matter and I ask for the ledger from the time I lived there.

WE HAVE LOOKED DILIGENTLY THROUGH THE HOLLIDAYS. AND THAT'S BESIDES MY WIFE HAVING A HEARTATACK 3 DATS BEFORE CHRISTMAS. NO ONE HAS CALLED BACK. WE HAVE NO WHERE TO GO! MY WIFE TRIED. TO CALL THE OWNER TO GIVE US MORE TIME. SHE SAID," NO!" SHE TOLD ME I WAS BEING UNREASONABLE. WE WERE TOLD THE NEW TENNENTS MOVING IN WERE NOT GOING TO MAKE NOISE. WE GAVE THE THEM 3 MONTHS TO MOVE IN AND STOP.

I have been leasing a 3 bd rm house in Hayward for 3 years. I invested with the owner half on the upgrades on the kitchen and bath room. I found out that the home is in forclosure and was scheduled to be sold this past 3/20/09. Per the vendor request the foreclosure has been rescheduled until 4/20/09. When I contacted the owner about my funds I invested I was told my money was tied up in the house. I found out that Heritage Plaza Mortgage in Stockton which went out of business and Wells Fargo are who the lenders are for the property.
